Next Day collection for delivery: Please note that ALL items are delivered by courier for a fixed fee of £9.95 to any address in the UK only.
We will be introducing others areas, please bear with us. Deliveries are made on week days between 9:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m and must be signed for. If nobody is available to sign you will be contacted by the courier. This is why we ask for your telephone number.

PROCEDURE FOR CONDUCTING AUCTIONS
Items are listed for the specified bidding periods shown on jamgolf.com and are deemed "sold" at the close of bidding which will be set at a time pre-determined by the seller. Each item will have a description and disclosure information on jamgolf.com, as well as any additional conditions of sale provided by the seller.

After payment has been received, and only then, jamgolf.com will send the highest Bidder and Seller an email detailing the highest bid and contact information. The Seller will be instructed to pack up the item for courier collection. In all auctions buyers who receive a winning bid notice are legally bound to buy the asset at the quoted bid amount and the seller is legally bound to sell the item.

SETTLEMENT OF TRANSACTIONS
The settlement of a purchase and sale of an item following a completed bidding process (either auction or instant purchase) unless otherwise agreed upon by the Seller and Buyer in writing, final settlement must take place no later than 48 hours after buyer is given a winning bid notice. Failure to make payment in the allotted time could mean suspension of the buyers account.
