Description
Wilson's Di9 irons are intended to inspire confidence, with large heads and significant cavities. The cavity and sweetspot have been placed between the centre and the toe based on the fact that 85 percent of shots hit by amateurs are struck from this area of the face.
Compared to Wilson's Di7, the sole is wider and the blade height is slightly lower, making long irons easier to hit. An insert is placed in the cavity and combined with increased mass in the heel helps remove unwanted vibrations. The wide tip of the shaft prevents the clubhead from twisting.
