In 1908 a partnership was formed between shoemaker Mr Ralph Stubbs and his young assistant Mr Frederick Burt. They called it STUBBS and BURT. This partnership witnessed the beginnings of the company which, now trading as Stuburt, is once again playing a leading role in the golf shoe industry.
