ALL RETURNS MUST BE CONFIRMED BY EMAIL PRIOR TO SENDING BACK TO US

Please send an email to [email protected] with details and date of order and your name, address and a contact telephone number. One of our PGA professionals will then call you to facilitate the exchange. Please ensure the following conditions have been met before sending any goods back.

Shoes must be received by us within the 30 day period subject to the following conditions:

  • Shoes have not been damaged other than normal wear and tear on the golf course.
  • Only one return allowed under this scheme per household or cardholder.
  • Goods must be sent back to us at your cost.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
