M1 Golf Clubs
The TaylorMade M1 range of clubs consists of the M1 Driver (in both 460cc and 440cc varieties), the M1 fairway woods and the M1 rescue clubs. This range is intended for lower handicap golfers looking for additional adjust-ability to fine tune every shot and optimise their swing. Each M1 club can be customised to include the desired shaft flex and type.
TaylorMade M1 Driver
The M1 driver is loaded with features and advanced technology giving it a high level of adjust-ability. The carbon crown saves enough weight to allow for a 10g front to back and a 15g left to right sliding weight to be added to the sole of the club. These weights are adjusted independently of each-other with the front to back track having 15 positions and the left to right track 18. Multiplying these positions together gives a staggering 270 possible combinations.
Taylor Made M1 Fairway Woods
The theme of adjust-ability continues with the M1 Fairway woods. Each of the woods features a twin set of 15g weights at the sole of the club that can be positioned to correct for fade or draw. These clubs will benefit golfers with the confidence to launch shots from the short grass but will give less confident players the ability to compensate. 15 degree 3W, 17 degree 3W and 19 degree 5W options are available with each having options for shaft stiffness and type.
TaylorMade M1 Rescue Club
The final club in the TaylorMade M1 range is the M1 Rescue Club. A highly versatile, hybrid option, the rescue is available with degrees of loft between 17 and 24. Unlike the driver and woods the rescue does not feature a carbon crown but, instead, has an all steel construction. The 3g and 25g sole weights can be removed and changed over from their neutral position (3g at the toe and 25g at the back) to give a strong fade bias. There is also a small speed pocket in the sole.
