We use two courier services for UK delivery - Parcelforce and Royal Mail Special Delivery - depending on the volumetric size of the order.
Most package sets and some golf bags will be sent via Parcelforce.
Golf clubs, some golf bags, shoes, balls and all other accessories will be sent via Royal Mail.
All European orders will be sent via UPS.

UK 2-3 Working Days - £4.95 (On orders over £40*)
UK Next Working Day (On orders over £40*, ordered before 2pm) - £6.95
*For orders under £40 a £2 surcharge is applied.
EU Shipping - Free on orders over £50 (£10 for orders under £50)
Please note any orders placed on weekends or bank/public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Do I have to pay any import taxes?
No. Even though we are based in Guernsey, we pre pay all VAT and import charges when we ship out the item so the price you see on the website is the price you pay!
How do I track my item?
You will be sent an automatic email from us at 5.30pm on the day of dispatch with the name of the courier and the tracking number for your order.

After you have entered your tracking number and clicked 'Track Item', click on the 'Full Tracking Details' button for more information on the status of your item.
For Parcelforce orders please click here
Please note all Parcelforce tracking numbers will automatically change from the NF tracking number you were emailed to an EC prefix - both numbers will track your item to the door.
For UPS orders please click here
Please allow 24hrs for Royal Mail and 48hrs for Parcelforce/UPS for the items to start tracking online as all items are sent from Guernsey. Once its been scanned at the International Hub, your tracking details will show up.
What happens if no one is available to sign for the parcel?
All JamGolf deliveries require a signature on delivery. If no one is home, your parcel will usually be left at a local Post Office/Mail Centre, for you to collect at your leisure.
Our delivery times are accurate but can't always be guaranteed.
At times we can be affected by weather conditions in Guernsey and also in the UK which can make all our shipments delayed. This is unfortunately out of our control but we work closely with our local Post Office who inform us of any delays to ensure minimal distruptions to our customers. All Royal Mail deliveries are usually made before 1pm. Parcelforce can deliver up until 5pm.
