TaylorMade Milled Grind 3 Wedges
The much anticipated TaylorMade Milled Grind 3 Wedges have arrived here at JamGolf. Coming with updated technology and a fresh new look, they do not disappoint!
RAW Face Technology
These Milled Grind 3 wedges come with RAW face technology designed to optimise spin and feel. The unplated RAW steel face will rust overtime; maintaining consistent spin and providing improved performance in wet conditions, whilst the rest of the plated club head will preserve it’s premium finish.
The RAW face on this wedge also features a new ZTP-17 groove design with steeper side walls and a sharper edge radius than the MG2 wedge. With the bottom groove placed closer to the leading edge, the MG3 wedge provides maximum spin.
Raised Micro-Ribs
A brand new addition for these TaylorMade MG3 wedges is the raised micro ribs that are expertly placed across the RAW face. By creating a more abrasive surface you get enhanced precision on more challenging shots around the green. The textured surface achieved by the broken lines featured across the face makes for better contact with the ball, giving you more refined results on off-speed shots.
Milled Grind
These new TaylorMade Milled Grind wedges benefit from advanced CNC milling techniques to eradicate the inconsistencies you might expect with hand milled wedges. The sole is arguably the most important part of a wedge as it will determine the launch and the feel of the shot. The Milled Grind sole gives you more precision and accuracy, feeling soft off the face and giving feedback to help you control your ball flight and distance.
Thick-Thin Design
The 2021 TaylorMade MG3 wedges come in a choice of two sleek finishes; satin chrome and satin black and all feature a thick-thin design similar to but more pronounced than the predecessor MG2 wedges. A thinner top line combined with more mass placed nearer to the spine pulls CG up higher on less than full shots to optimise your performance.
