Shipping Options
We use two main courier services for UK delivery — DPD and DHL — depending on the volumetric size of the order. Smaller packages are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Most golf package sets, golf bags, and larger orders will be sent via DPD or DHL.
Shoes, balls, and other accessories will usually be sent via Royal Mail.

UK 3-5 Working Days - Free on orders over £40. £4.50 on orders below £40
UK Priority 2 Working Days - £3.95 on orders over £40. £5.95 on orders below £40
UK Next Working Day (Ordered before 2pm) - £4.95
EU Shipping - Free on orders over £50 (£10 for orders under £50)
Please note: any orders placed on weekends or bank/public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
Do I have to pay any import taxes?
All orders delivered to a UK address are sold with VAT included in the price. Since Brexit, for all non UK customers prices are shown excluding VAT and any other taxes. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay any applicable import taxes.
How do I track my item?
You will be sent an automatic email from us at on the day of dispatch with the name of the courier and the tracking number for your order.

After you have entered your tracking number and clicked 'Track Item', click on the 'Full Tracking Details' button for more information on the status of your item.
For DPD orders please click here
For DHL orders please click here
Please allow 24 hours for Royal Mail and 48 hours for DPD/DHL items to start tracking online, as all items are sent from Guernsey. Once your parcel has been scanned at the International Hub, your tracking details will update.
What happens if no one is available to sign for the parcel?
All JamGolf deliveries require a signature on delivery. If no one is home, your parcel will usually be left at a local Post Office or Mail Centre for you to collect at your convenience.

Sometimes, weather conditions in Guernsey and the UK can cause shipment delays. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, but we work closely with our local Post Office, who keep us informed to minimise disruptions.
