Our extended Christmas returns period is now live.

Orders placed (excluding custom orders) can be returned until 14th January for a refund, or until 31st January for an exchange. Returns are subject to our standard criteria and do not affect your statutory rights

I wish to return my item

If you wish to return any unwanted item, please do so within 14 days of receipt of purchase with the item still brand new in its original packaging. Any faulty or damaged goods can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Please refer to the "Faulty Goods" section in our terms and conditions for information regarding faulty products.

Please note custom built products are not able to be returned for refund.
