The AI designed Mavrik driver range by Callaway follows on from product ranges of recent years by offering a more forgiving, draw biased model that helps golfers achieve straighter ball flights and improved launch conditions.

What’s new?

The jailbreak face construction and triaxial carbon crown create some real ball speed gains as seen in fittings so far. What is also really impressive though with this model and product range in fact is the employment of some real premium shaft options including the EvenFlow Riptide shaft and the Aldila Rogue as standard and the Tour Velvet align grip is a welcome addition.

Who is this aimed at?

The Max head is not only high launching but also has a significant draw bias meaning that it is more forgiving in the hands of golfers that are prone to unintentionally moving the ball left to right. This combined with the 40gram helium shaft will give those players who historically struggle with swing speed a real chance to make ball speed gains.
