Cobra were the first manufacturer in the US to have graphite shafts as a standard, stock option on their irons. This innovative approach dates back to 1985 when many manufacturers were still getting to grips with the idea that graphite shafts could be more than a passing fad. Since then the progressive, forward-thinking nature of the company has led to some truly radical design features being incorporated into the sets of irons produced by the Californian company.
Current technology to be found at the heart of Cobra irons includes the PWRSHELLTM face construction, DBM (Diamonized Black Metal) surface finishes and the Technology Enhanced Cavity (TEC).
