Corona Virus Update

During these difficult times the whole team at JamGolf is pulling together to ensure we continue to provide outstanding products and customer service. Our staff are following official advice and we are continuing to fulfil orders. During this time there are some factors that are outside of our control and we are asking our customers to bear with us as we negotiate this unprecedented set of circumstances.

Our Stock Levels

Our warehouses contain a massive amount of stock that is ready to be shipped as normal. Anything that we have on the shelves can be ordered online and will be dispatched as normal. If you are unsure or would like to double check availability please contact us by email services@jamgolf.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Some products that we do not have in stock and would normally order directly from the manufacturer may not be available during this time.

Custom Orders

Club customisation is carried out by manufacturers, most of whom have now re-opened with social distancing in place. As a result of the current situation some custom club orders may take longer to fulfil. Any custom order placed with us will be honored but we have no way to guarantee delivery times. Custom orders that have already been placed that are queued may take longer than anticipated and for this we apologise. If you would like to check up on you custom order please email services@jamgolf.com and we will answer any questions you have.

Titleist Custom Orders

We are currently experiencing longer than normal waiting times for Titleist Custom orders. As a result of Titleist's custom order delays we are recieving a high volume of calls to check on exact time frames which we are currently unable to accurately predict. If you are waiting for a custom order from Titleist please email services@jamgolf.com instead of calling as our staff are better able to deal with email enquiries promptly. We appreciate your patience.

What Happens Now?

At JamGolf we place our customers at the heart of everything we do. Firstly, we would like to encourage golfers in the UK to follow government advice and stay safe. The current situation will not last forever and we want to see as many of you back out enjoying golf as soon as possible. Our team is working hard to keep things running so our ability to deal with a high volume of incoming phone calls is reduced.
